Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer Standard and Express shipping within Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide. A flat rate of $35 AUD applies to all international orders. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
